2) ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Students may request a refund if a withdrawal is submitted within 14 days of enrollment, provided no consulting sessions have commenced. At Massey Study Abroad, we prioritize strategic transparency; therefore, refund eligibility is strictly contingent upon the verifiable absence of any service utilization. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of diagnostic reports, university matching lists, or preliminary mentorship sessions already scheduled or conducted. All withdrawal notices must be submitted in writing to our student success team for formal evaluation.
3) NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Administrative setup fees, university application fees, and completed strategic mentoring sessions are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and research performed upon onboarding. Massey Study Abroad incurs irrevocable operational costs to secure advisor time and analytical tools for each student. Furthermore, any fees paid to third-party entities, such as evaluation services, standardized test boards, or government immigration portals, are non-recoverable and are excluded from any refund calculations provided by our consultancy.

4) Refund Request Process & Timelines
To initiate a refund, applicants must submit a formal written request via email to our finance department, referencing their student ID and service package. Each request undergoes a rigorous review to ensure compliance with institutional policies. Processing typically commences within 5 business days of submission. Approved refunds move to settlement within 14 to 28 days, depending on the academic calendar of the target university and institutional verification times.
5) Refund Method & Currency
Refunds are processed using the original method of payment whenever possible. Transactions for US university admissions services are transacted and settled exclusively in USD. Services for Canadian admissions are settled in CAD. Applicants are advised that currency conversion rates applied at the time of refund are dictated by financial institutions, and Massey Study Abroad does not cover discrepancies resulting from exchange rate fluctuations or intermediary banking fees.
